There are essentially zero companies currently offering private rights enforcement products and services (At least in the United States). Why?
It is increasingly obvious (to me at least) that the current state of technology coupled with the increasingly visible (due to said technology) nature of law enforcement (augmented by societal shifts) have virtually eliminated both the market fit and feasibility arguments that dominated the topic in the past.
Where are these companies, and where are their products and services?
Edit: I am not including private arbitration courts used for business purposes in the initial estimation.
