This ICE goon got dogwalked trying to instigate an altercation with a guy screeding a giant concrete slab.
Being a true professional, he said “I can’t talk to you. I’m doing important work. This has to get done before the concrete gets too hard.”
The ICE agent kept bumping into him to start a conflict, but the concrete guy finished the task perfectly. That’s when he said “let’s go, this isn’t even the guy we’re looking for” and ICE burned rubber out of there.
If they had detained him, how much do you suppose it would have cost the contractor to break out the fucked up concrete and pour another slab? Definitely thousands of dollars, and ICE/DHS would deny all responsibility. Maybe insurance covers it… or maybe he’d have to lay people off to be able to pay for it.
ICE is woefully unqualified and completely unprofessional.
