While industrial hardware certainly tends to get used far longer than the typical PCs, this CPU is positively ancient (a quarter century old) and chances are even industrial hardware using it has been replaced by now, or is already slated to be soon. The repository this post points to is eight years old as it is.

2001 is ancient? Boy, I have some bad news for you about industrial systems. A lot of them are older than that. How often do you think stuff like dams or bridges get replaced?
