The weekly company newsletter basically said “because Biden said so”. No mention of science, doctors, etc.. supporting the decision. The mandate hasn’t gone through yet and no laws have passed, so it’s odd to me. As of now it looks like there are no medical exemptions. There is a religious exemption form, but it has a disclaimer at the bottom saying that HR can reject your religious exemption if they think it is bullsh!t. You have to provide a form with your religion, reasoning, supporting verses/documents from said religion, church info, etc.
Alternatively, I’m expected to upload my medical documents by the end of October, or get “accommodations” (A.K.A unpaid leave, permanently)
The newsletter also specifically states that work-from-home employees have to get it.
These people are evil to the core, no other way to describe it.
