Specifically- the entire team gets set, the QB rattles off a snap count, then everyone is allowed to come out of their stance and look at the sidelines. WRs come out of their set, O linemen stand up, QB and RB move around. How is this not false start every time?

I saw a video earlier of Jaylen Waddle at Alabama running a go route off of a fake check with me. I don’t get it. Once you’re in your stance, you are supposed to stay there until the snap (beyond ONE shift or ONE man in motion), aren’t you?
