CVE-2026-43456 is a Linux kernel local privilege escalation vulnerability that has been confirmed as actively exploited in the wild and added to CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog. Successful exploitation allows an attacker with local code execution to escalate privileges to root, making it particularly valuable for post-compromise operations.
Except it does not actually appear on CISA’s KEV list?
