I'm sure there are other discussions on this already posted, I haven't scrolled through much lately but we can't overstate the danger we're in.
Yesterday, and in recent days Covid infection rates and hospitalizations are stagnating and decreasing in NY.
But now,, after the government has decided to issue a mandate forcing healthcare workers out of their job, it has "necessitated" emergency executive order to try to fix the problem.
The State has manufactured a crisis by mandate to justify executive orders under pretense of emergency while forcing normal citizens out of not only their job, but the entire industry. If it's not already in place I'm sure these second-class citizens will be barred from receiving unemployment and other social benefits as well.
Most of Reddit, and much of the world is embracing this takeover. We are in trouble.
