With all the high-profile coaching turbulence, I was thinking about what makes a “great fit” for a coach and a college program. Obviously, winning is really all that matters. But among winning coaches, who best exemplifies their program and even fanbase?

And yes, I’m looking at it through Kirby-colored lenses, as he is concentrated, distilled Georgia in human form. But even within the SEC, I’d have to say Orgeron at LSU is the best example of what I’m talking about. Conversely, who is the worst? (you can’t say Brian Kelly at LSU). What are good examples from other conferences?
