I’ll try to keep this post short cause I actually want to hear peoples opinions, not just responses to my own.

I have recently come to a pretty solid conclusion that IP is illegitimate and fundamentally harmful to society. Two main-ish reasons:

  1. It stifles actual innovation and creates state enforced monopolies.
  2. It is a fundamentally unenforceable without a state.

What are are your guys’ thoughts on IP in general?
