    When it says “trans activists” does it mean “anti-trans activitists” or “people who think trans people should be allowed to exist”?

    The Office for Students Regulatory Advice 24 is clear that universities and colleges can legitimately regulate the time, place and manner of protests, and this does not constitute interference with the right to protest.
