Shit, I had that chicken club sandwich at Gail’s last week. Ages ago I read that the reason fancy food tastes so nice compared to home cooking is because restaurants use huge amounts of butter and salt in their recipes. I’ve a feeling it was Anthony Bourdain?

This thing mustbe massiv. Not because of Salt or fat content but because of the fiber. Recommended is about 30g of fiber a day. 20% would amount to a medium sized apple and s medium sized banana according to this website: www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321993#meal-pla…
