I am re watching the mentalist and after 10 years between the first watch,it’s glaring at me how driving car for long hours is a norm in America. In season 2 finale,Lisbon tells rigsby and chow to just drive all night after working all day to interogate a suspect’s mother. And I am thinking, don’t they have trains or buses for destinations that are too short for air travel but absolutely exhausting if you are driving. Like wtf.
