Who feels like The Pitt is overly optimistic?

Just to talk about my background, I have always had a job taking care of adults with disabilities. That means, I frequently have hospital visits to the ER. Based on the fact that every episode is labeled by the hour, I have never seen so many doctors in one room let alone following up so frequently. I love the show, and it is a good watch, I’m only on episode 4. But as an outside observer it, feels like the doctors are way too involved. Maybe it’s just because I only serve patients with disabilities. Not a top triage situation. I guess.

Edited to say: I based this post off of all the glowing reviews the show has gotten about being “the realest”. Again, I am enjoying the show.

Edits 2: Again. I have a background in bringing people to the ER. Are they not worthy of attention? I didn’t say the show was Scrubs, I said it feels like every doctor is in every room in every case.
