What are some changes you expect? Will we finally see cable sail off into the sunset? Or maybe we’ll see it’s comeback and the return of channel surfing? As some audiences tire of streaming and its rising costs maybe they’ll just return to cable? What about story telling formats? Is 8-13 episodes the new norm now? Or is there still a craving for long form seasons with 18-22 episodes? And will studios oblige? Are there any streaming services you think are at risk of closing their doors for one reason or another in the coming years? Personally I think Peacock isn’t exactly in a great position to survive much longer. Paramount+ also but TBD depending on if they can close the WBD deal. If not they’re in trouble. The big 3 Netflix Disney and HBO are probably fine going into the 2030s.
