I heard a lot about how it goes hard against a certain political figure and his followers, so that appeals to me. lol I also knew that several people from the Supernatural crew are in the show.😁On the negative side, I was also told that the show is extremely gross, which is the main reason why I haven’t watched up until now. I watched the first three episodes last night and my initial thoughts are…

* It left me speechless in the first five minutes when A-Train killed Robin. That was a crazy way to start the show.

* I like how they flipped the whole superhero genre by making them the actual villains, but it was weird seeing a narcissistic, psychotic version of Superman. I definitely see where they are going with that character. lol Its not subtle at all.

* I won’t get too deep into the politics on here, but I love the shots already being fired at the certain political figure. I also enjoy the satire of American-style capitalism/consumerism.

* No Supernatural sightings yet, which was disappointing.

* I was going to say that I hope The Deep dies soon, but I someone already told me that he is still alive in Season 5, which is not what I wanted to hear. lol Hopefully, he dies horribly at some point because he is easily the worst of the group, besides Homelander.

* Most of the characters in the show are not likeable at all, but I suspect that is intentional. I mean, Hughie, Annie, and maybe MM seem like the only ones who aren’t horrible.

So far, yeah, it can be gross, crazy, and a lot of characters make me want to kick them in the face, but it still managed to draw me in, so I’ll probably binge watch the rest of the season over the weekend.
