    The government has promised to introduce a law making it easier to place sanctions on state-backed groups such as Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, but is under pressure to move more quickly.

    Under pressure from who?.. These guys?

    The justice system is supposedly near breaking point, juries are being removed, and now the CPS don’t even need evidence to bring cases to a court system that is apparently collapsing under caseload?
