So one of my former friends once told me a few weeks before they went off to college that they saw themselves as “socially liberal and fiscally conservative”. As you might have guessed, after spending 4 years at an American university, this individual has undergone a massive shift towards radical leftism in such a short amount of time that it’s quite fascinating.

Here is a post I saw on their social today:

“Maybe consider that your assumptions about socialism, communism, and leftism in general have been influenced by decades of propaganda directly from the most powerful empire the world has ever known, which happens to be controlled by corporate interests for whom a worker-controlled system would be detrimental”.

It’s amazing how fast our universities move people into these schools of though so rapidly, to the point where this person posts garbage like this on a daily basis. Normally I’d stop following them, but it’s honestly hilarious.
