Now that we are 3 seasons removed from the end of the Saban-era, it’s time to think back on stories/events that symbolized just how difficult it was to defeat Bama when it was their peak dynasty under Saban.

Of course, Bama was not intimidating during Saban’s first year in 2007. 2008 was dominated by Florida winning their 2nd title in 3 years.

The intimidating Saban-Bama-era truly arrived in their 2009 season. I think peak Saban ended around the 2021 season because the teams of his last 2 years were plagued with on-field discipline/penalty issues that were not present during the peak 2010s seasons.
