Wife and I were excited to jump into the next installment after being big fans of the first one. But we couldn’t even make it through the first episode. All of the characters seemed too over the top. You would think that trying to do this show again, with the premise of a “documentary” team following, the lead would be more suspicious and they would want the characters to be more subtle. It felt like a really bad The Office remake. The first season was catching lightning in a bottle, could they really repeat it?
