I don’t know if this was part of a show, cable, or regular tv channels. But I think it was always very late at night, when some of the channels would go off too.
There was no person, maybe there was music.
It was like a blank white page and then black outlines would start to show up, as if someone was drawing in the paint app. Then they would get filled in with colors. They were usually very simple. Maybe they were part of a story.
Maybe it was a local tv Chicago thing.
