The Washington Commanders missed a rare chance to earn a place in NFL history by defeating all five bird teams in a single season. (Ravens, Cardinals, Seahawks, Falcons, Eagles)

They defeated the Ravens (preseason), Cardinals, and Falcons, but fell twice to the Eagles in close contests. They play the Seahawks in a couple weeks, but the record is already gone.
