Everton made £49.2million in profit from the sale of their women’s team and Goodison Park to their parent company, the club’s annual accounts reveal.
The cash injection helped Everton to reduce overall losses to £8.6million for the 12-month period up to June 30, 2025, which was down from losses of £53.2million the previous year.
The deal was struck with Roundhouse Capital Holdings Ltd which is the same investment vehicle that the Friedkin Group used when purchasing the entire club in December 2024 from the former owner Farhad Moshiri.
