This may violate rule 1 or 2, but I just watched a video of Aaron Donald just casually moving 150lb dumb bells and I am now convinced that if I was tasked with running a football up the A gap in an NFL game I would leave the play paralyzed.

I also think back to high school when our coach let a couple of our faster linemen run the ball in preparation of facing another teams beast RB and how bad my shoulder hurt after that practice.

Or I also think back to when the kids banned from running the ball due to weight in 5th/6th grade would just obliterate our QB’s whenever we tried to pass.

What level of shape or physical performance would you have to be in to not leave an NFL play or two broken? Have you ever taken or delivered a hit from an NFL player?

Maybe a future one in college or high school and it was enough of a step change in force that you feel confident you know what it might feel like?
