I started following college football in the last couple of years and my plan is to save up some money and go to a game either this year or if the money is tight then next. As this would be a huge expense for me(just graduated college) I want to maximise my experience.
I really care about the atmosphere at the game and around it. Sporting events with great atmospheres are up there as the best things to experience on earth so I’m looking for a top notch atmosphere.
But I also really enjoy partying, drinking and meeting new people. So I’d love to go to somewhere where a random European guy travelling by himself would get invited to parties and be received warmly. Not just on Saturday but on the whole weekend as I want to make the most of the money I’ll spend. Also I do prefer warmer weather.
So what would you guys recommend? Where should I go?
