I love nature documentaries… in theory.

But, sometimes I do not need:

• dramatic epic Gladiator music

• a slow zoom on a baby deer

• David Attenborough gently explaining that “it will not survive the winter”

I’m just trying to relax, not process grief.

Are there any nature shows that are peaceful and fascinating without turning into a live-action tragedy every 7 minutes?

Bonus points if it feels like a nature walk and not the Hunger Games.
