Everyone remembers the Ryan Leafs, JaMarcus Russell’s, and Trey Lance’s of the NFL Draft, but what are some over draft busts that don’t get discussed much?
A couple of mine:
Jason Smith: 2nd overall pick in 2009, he was seen as the franchise LT for the Rams when he was taken, a few uninspiring seasons and a change to guard later, dude was out of the league by 2014
Jamaal Anderson: 8th overall pick in 2007, the converted WR had 17.5 sacks in his 2 years at DE at Arkansas, he only had 7.5 sacks in his entire NFL career
