I don't know maybe I'm falling for confirmation bias but sounds like a possible heart attack. He was boostered sometime in Dec apparently. I don't know it all fits though.

Yeah I think the vaccine did him in. Maybe some cocaine too. But probably the vaccine weakened his heart.
