That's what the on-hold message says when you call the IRS.

I'm not annoyed by being on hold in order to get my interest free loan back from the mob after 1.5 months of their dinosaur website saying said loan is still being processed.

It's not the fact that I've been on hold for 25 minutes and counting while I write this message. I mean, why should they strive for a higher level of service?

It's the fact that they have the audacity to call me a customer. In what dimension was this recording made?

Anyone else on hold with the IRS today? Maybe we could get a round of risk going on zoom or something. HMU
