I’m assuming they’re doing an insane level of due diligence at the moment, but the fact that he had FB academic records is something of a huge violation of federal law.
I suppose they’re waiting till they have bulletproof evidence, but I can’t imagine they want this hanging out there for too long. Would NCIS be involved in something like this?
