I realized something recently.

After work I would open Netflix excited to finally relax… and somehow end up scrolling forever and closing it more tired than when I first started.

At some point I started doing this thing where friends would text me like “what should I watch?” and I’d just pick something for them based on their mood.

And honestly… it works way better than scrolling yourself.

I feel like sometimes we don’t need more options, we just need someone (or something) to say “watch this, you’ll like it.”

Does anyone else feel decision fatigue when trying to relax?

Funny enough now friends just tell me their mood and how much time they have and I pick something for them 😭 Honestly it works way better than scrolling.
