My picks would be

  • the Pete/Myka kiss in the Warehouse 13 series finale not because it was them kissing but for what it did to the Bering & Wells stans who were acting like it confirmed a heterosexual endgame for Myka
  • while I appreciate how this year’s Halloween special for Brilliant Minds gave everyone something to do and provided the first glimpses of Charlie not being all bad, the whole thing with Van and Carol and the clown just felt a little perfunctory even besides the fucking jumpscare! (if you like Brilliant Minds enough to want to save it so it can have more/better Halloween episodes go here to find some ways as to how)
  • the only thing keeping American Housewife’s musical episode “Mom’s Parade” (better than you’d think for a musical of a sitcom and the songs aren’t too short either) from being one of my favorite American Housewife episodes is how much my history-nerd self simultaneously cringes and internally-screams when Meg Donnelly’s character Taylor ruins the historical flag that’s a big-deal part of the Founder’s Day celebration in Westport because she misread Washington’s signature as “Wash a ton” instructions so she did…washing off all the historical dirt and blood yada yada along with the aforementioned George Washington’s signature
