Everything has underlying IP these days, of course. They’re remaking/redoing/reimagining *everything* I’m confused why no one has taken some of the best IP ever and “reimagined” it. Like, why hasn’t someone said, “Let’d do something like *Riverdale*, and take Huck, Becky, and everyone and make a soapy-but-gritty show?” Or even just a new movie? The last one, as far as I can remember, was *Tom & Huck*, which seems crazy to me.
