Scammers posing as customer service agents on X as companies leave platform

  Companies shouldn’t be offering services on social media…

  Since this happened, I haven’t been able to get companies to address issues because I don’t have an account for some stupid platform I refuse to use. They never answer their phones or they hire 1 donkey to handle all the calls which results in hours of hold time.

  It’s disgusting…even my city, check out twitter for local information! How about…no. use the city’s website…
