This is a serious question as I’m not very legal savvy, and the closer I try to follow it all the sadder the whole situation makes me. Why can’t the NCAA just appeal all of these injunctions granted by judges with very obvious conflicts of interest, either at the federal level or in another state court?
Edit: Another serious question. What’s to stop the NCAA from just counting every game that these injunction players play in as a forfeit? Would the player just file another lawsuit or countersuit (or whatever it would be considered at that point)?
