In my opinion, every School that has at least one other In-State Division 1 school should play every year.

West Virginia should play Marshall.

Michigan and MSU should play one of the Directional Schools.

Ohio State should play one of the Ohio MAC teams or Cincy every year.

UGA and GT need to schedule either Georgia Southern, Georgia State, or Kennesaw State once a year.

I understand Michigan vs. CMU isn’t going to be the same in terms of revenue as Michigan vs. Ohio State, but regional games make College Football Special.
