There was a time when TV commercials were a staple in pop culture and Super Bowl commercials were as popular as the Halftime show and game itself, but in today’s streaming age when less and less people watch network TV and where we tend to “Skid The Ads”, and even pay a premium to avoid them. I feel they have lost their luster. I feel the effort in producing them is not what it used to, specially since most will rely heavily on nostalgia-bait with some 80’s or 90’s hit song in the background and celebrity appearances.
