I had really low expectations for this Limited Series because of the genre. I don’t typically go for the crime procedurals. But, seeing that it was a Limited Series, I figured, “Why not?”
I actually really enjoyed it, albeit being a somewhat played out kind of drama. I really enjoyed the performances from the leads, played by Jon Bernthal and Tessa Thompson. I thought the story was clever enough, and enjoyable to follow. I really didn’t see the twist coming at the end, so that was nice.
It was a cool whodunnit. I recommend it if you have a rainy day (or snowy day) coming up in the near future.
