This show is truly a hidden gem. There are only 2 seasons, but the concept is really unique and engaging. In addition to that, the characters’ backgrounds are built up in an interesting and believable way that gets you invested in their stories right from the beginning, the relationships are convincing, and the show tactfully juggles numerous plotlines all at once. I’m in season 2 now, and I’m fully invested.
If you haven’t heard of it, I strongly advise that you check it out on Netflix. I won’t spoil anything, but the overarching concept is that certain humans are born as what are called “Sensates” in-universe. Essentially a sensate is mentally linked to others of their kind and have a specifically strong connection to their own “cluster”, consisting of a group of 8 intertwined sensates that are our main characters. For reasons unknown at the start, it is revealed that sensates are constantly hunted by a sinister and shadowy organization that employs turncoat sensates to track down others.
9/10 show - I strongly recommnend.
Note: be warned, there is a fair amount of gratuitous sex, a decent amount of nudity, and graphic sex scenes pop up here and there.
