It’s streaming on HBOmax, and the parallels to the present day are stunning. It’s only 6 episodes (about 1hr runtime for each).
I don’t think enough people know about this show.
It’s beautiful and messy and dark, but it’s *so* profoundly relevant. More so than it was in 2019.
I couldn’t recommend it more.
