Last year’s Super Bowl was UGA’s 24th consecutive year of having a player on a Super Bowl roster. That’s the longest streak in the country. LSU had an equivalent streak, but it was broken last year when LSU did not have a player on either the Eagles or Chiefs active roster (they did have practice squad players, but not active roster).

OL Jared Wilson, selected in the third round of last year’s draft, insures that the UGA streak continues.
