For those who don’t know/care, Nebraska’s ‘27 QB commit Trae Taylor is moving to Omaha. He will attend Millard South High School, and obviously be the QB for the Patriots’ for his senior season.

The fanbase as a whole doesn’t have a problem with it. More than anything, we just want this one to work out. He’s been an easy kid to support the entire way so far.

On the other hand, various other Class A (NSAA’s top division) high schools’ sports communities are pissed at Millard South because of this.

Last year, Millard South kicked the shit out of everyone and rumors circulated of improper recruiting/poaching techniques, creating a monopoly on competition, etc.

Is it weird for recruits to do this and does it help or harm local competition?
