Look, let’s address the obvious, it’s one of the worst names for a show ever. No mafia and no Scots 🤣 should have been called something like “The Broker”.

Binged the whole show in a couple of days, had me gripped from start to finish. Loads of fascinating characters. Beautiful set pieces. And I always love the “Breaking Bad” angle, when a straight guy gets a taste for the naughty and likes it.

Watching the last episode, especially the last scene, knowing there isn’t going to be a Season 2, was like torture. It sets so much up. He’s finally accepted what he is. He’s made the big deal. Would love to see how that all played out.

Apparently it was axed due to the Ukraine crisis. I get it, however they could have dialed down the Russian side and focused more on somewhere in Europe, which is where he brokered the deal for anyway.

His new business contacts breaking their deals and expanding where they shouldn’t? Other suppliers not happy with what’s going on? Kind of endless possibilities.

Who else watched the show and feel like it was axed too soon?
