So after seeing all the “x happened x years ago today” posts from yesterday, I never realized all those crazy things happened on the same day
-2000: Music City Miracle- The Bills went up by 1 with :16 left when the Titans used a bunch of laterals on the kickoff to take it to the house for the win.
-2011: Beast Quake- The 7-9 Seattle Seahawks upset the defending SB champ Saints in the Wild Card round basically off of Marshawn Lynch’s 67 yard run that registered as a 2.0 earthquake
-2012: Tebow vs Steelers- Somehow Tebow led the 8-8 Broncos past the favored Steelers by hitting Demaryius Thomas(RIP) for the win. This is also known as the “3:16 Game”.
Is there another day in league history that has as many, or more, crazy things happen?
