In SEAL Team Season 5, Bravo Team conducted a clandestine operation inside Venezuela to extract assets and stop a nuclear program. At the time, I thought it was completely over-the-top American operators running around dodging the Venezuelan military? I remember thinking, “Yeah, right, like that would ever happen without starting World War III.” Now, looking at the news, what I once thought was just Hollywood action filler is looking weirdly accurate. Turns out the writers might have known more than I gave them credit for.
