Prior to this year, every time the Vikings and Ravens played, one of two things always happened:

• Vikings win: They make the NFC championship that same season.
• Vikings lose: They fire their head coach in that same season.

However, John Harbaugh was fired instead. Maybe the curse is actually that one of the head coaches, not necessarily the Vikings coach, must be fired that year if the Ravens beat the Vikings.
