I’m seeing more traditional broadcasters push heavily into Video on Demand, but it feels like a tricky balance. Live broadcasts still drive peak viewership, while VOD is where long-term engagement and monetization happen.
For those working with broadcasting + VOD setups how are you structuring this without cannibalizing live viewership? Are you using full catch-up TV, delayed VOD, or exclusive on-demand content separate from broadcasts?
Curious what’s actually working in real-world OTT/broadcast environments, not just theory.
