As someone that will watch a group of movies over and over let me tell you the joy of having the media just straight to the menu not five previews, a warning about piracy, and then endless production bs … that is what made criterion copies so valuable.
they jump straight to the menu. that small detail makes their copies so much more viewer friendly.
