BANGKOK – Locals in central Thailand, Kamphaeng Phet province, are calling for quick action from the local police after a group of teens has been causing serious problems in several villages.
People say these teens ride motorbikes with their exhausts roaring late at night, chase and hit dogs with sticks, and kick over bins, leaving rubbish scattered across the roads. Residents in many areas are fed up with the ongoing trouble.
In villages across Pran Kratai district, Kamphaeng Phet, people are upset about a group of teenagers who speed around on motorbikes, making loud noises and disturbing the peace at night.
The teens use sticks to hit dogs in different villages, injuring the animals. Incidents have been reported in Moo 8, Ban Pa Daeng Klang in Tham Kratai Thong, and Moo 11, Ban Nong Hin Tao Poon in Pran Kratai, Kamphaeng Phet.
