The 49ers are in control of their destiny for the #1 seed as well - win out and they won’t need to leave Santa Clara again this season. Of course, they could easily be the #7 seed if they lose two of their final three games, none of which is a gimme.
The Bears could also be the #1 seed if they win out and the Seahawks lose either of their last two games.
