Late millennial for reference.
I didn’t “get” The Simpsons and King of the Hill until my later teens. Unsurprising since they’re adult cartoons, but it shows how your tastes change over time.
As a kid, I hated a lot of Hanna-Barbera cartoons. Top-Cat and maybe Underdog were my two exceptions. I thought classic Flintstones was especially boring, but I enjoyed The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show (and its sequel films) as well as the live-action films.
I remember hating Scooby Doo Where Are You?, but I loved the rest of the cartoons. The original cartoon just seemed mundane and boring compared to the 70s and onwards cartoons.
